Sheikh Hadi Amini Nejad

Sheikh Hadi Amininejad is an Islamic scholar, educator and youth development specialist with extensive experience in education, mentoring and international engagement. He is currently undertaking advanced Islamic studies (Dars-e Kharij) at the Holy Seminary of Qom, having previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies and Economics, alongside Level 3 Islamic Studies in English at the International Institute for Islamic Studies.
His work combines Islamic scholarship with practical educational methodologies to support the development of children, adolescents, parents and educators. Over the past several years, Sheikh Hadi has served as an educational mentor at the Shahid Rajaei Elite Centre, trained youth mentors and parents, and taught English to both children and adults in classroom and online settings. His experience spans child development, educational mentoring, curriculum delivery and family guidance.

Alongside his educational work, Sheikh Hadi has developed expertise in public speaking, multilingual communication and digital education. He is fluent in Farsi, delivers lectures and training in English, has working proficiency in Italian, and has experience in web design and educational technology. His international experience includes academic programmes and interfaith dialogue initiatives in Italy and Kenya, where he studied Christianity and participated in Islam–Christianity dialogue alongside scholars from diverse backgrounds.
These experiences have strengthened his ability to communicate effectively with multicultural audiences and to contribute to educational programmes across different cultural settings. At Grow Together, Sheikh Hadi leads the educational and family development programme, ensuring that all coaching, parenting resources and child development content are academically grounded, practically relevant and culturally sensitive. His expertise in mentoring children and adolescents, training parents and developing educational programmes forms a core pillar of Grow Together’s mission to empower families through evidence-based education and values-led guidance.
